Examines burnout as a predictable system outcome caused by chronic understaffing, workload compression, and productivity-driven care models — not personal weakness.

Trauma Exposure & Accumulation

Explores the cumulative psychological and emotional toll of repeated exposure to death, violence, crisis, and high-acuity care without adequate recovery or protection.

Identity Erosion

Documents how prolonged systemic pressure reshapes a caregiver’s sense of self, values, emotional capacity, and connection to meaning and purpose.

Moral Repair & Recovery

Focuses on restoring professional identity, ethical grounding, and collective strength through community, recognition, and protective infrastructure.
