EXECUTIVE INTENT
The Nursing Special Forces Association (NSFA) is a professional association dedicated to protecting healthcare professionals operating in high-risk, high-stress environments.
The protection of personal information is an operational requirement of this mission.
This Privacy Policy establishes the governing standards by which NSFA collects, processes, safeguards, controls, and utilizes information across all NSFA-operated platforms, services, and communications.

Due to the nature of NSFA’s mission, members may voluntarily share personal experiences related to mental health, workplace stress, trauma exposure, or professional challenges within protected peer environments.
Participation in such discussions is voluntary. Members retain control over what they choose to disclose.
NSFA does not diagnose, treat, counsel, or otherwise provide clinical, medical, or legal advice.
Peer support does not constitute therapy or professional treatment.
OPERATIONAL USE OF INFORMATION
NSFA does not use member information for advertising, behavioral profiling, or data monetization.
